• A clean email/password authentication module, backed by a secure database and compliant with best practices (hashed credentials, salted tokens, password-reset flow).
• A lightweight admin console where I can review user activity and push new content or features.
• Well-structured source code (Swift/Kotlin or React Native/Flutter for mobile, and a modern web stack for the browser version) together with build instructions and basic unit tests.
• A brief hand-off guide so my internal team can maintain and extend the product after launch.
