Skadate full stack dev project design, develop and deploy

I am after a design of the Skadate/oxwall dating solution ( I have the licence for all modules) site web/UWA/IOs &Android
1) Redesign to look similar to a well-known sites and have all the same features
2 Develop Web /UWA / IOS/ Android.
Add relevant plug ins from the oxwall store and configure
submit all apps successfully to the relevant web stores
3) up to 3 payment processors (TBC)
delivery timeline 14-21 days
ALL source code etc provided not a lot of programming mainly design and developments work
A) figma design for all web and apps
B) develop and deploy the dull solutions
C) Submit all apps to the relevant stores
D) deploy the full solution onto the live server
