Simple Chord Finder App Build
Budget: $100 – $150 USD
I’m looking for a developer who can turn a very lean spec into a working, store-ready mobile app. The idea is straightforward: users download the app on Android and iOS, sign in with either an email address or their phone number, type a song title into the search bar, and instantly see the chords. A simple “– / +” transpose control lets them shift keys, and a share icon pushes the chart to their social feeds or messaging apps.
On my side, I need a lightweight way to add new Indian-genre song charts whenever inspiration strikes. A small web-based admin or a direct tie-in to Firebase/AWS/another cloud storage solution works—whichever keeps costs and maintenance low. I simply upload the chord sheet, hit save, and it’s immediately searchable in the app.
Key screens and functions
• Welcome/Login (email or phone)
• Search by song title
• Chord display with transpose – / +
• Share to social/media apps
• App Store & Google Play–ready builds also for subscription
• Basic admin or upload endpoint for new songs
I have allocated about $150 for the entire build and am happy to split that into logical milestones (initial prototype, cloud hookup, final store submission). Clean, well-commented code and a short hand-off guide will close the project. If this scope fits your wheelhouse, let’s talk timelines and tech stack.
