Short Reels Blocker App $50

I want a lightweight mobile app that stops the endless swipe on short-form videos. The app must automatically detect and either hide or disable the Reels/Shorts feeds on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Core behaviour
• Offer a “hard block” mode that removes the entire reels section so it can’t be opened.
• Provide an optional timer: after a user-set daily allowance the app should grey-out or close the reel feed, then display a brief “time’s up” notice.
• Trigger a soft warning pop-up when the viewer approaches that limit.

No sign-up or account system is needed; the moment the app is installed it should work out of the box. A simple settings screen for selecting block mode and daily minutes is enough.

I’m working with a fixed budget of $50, so please keep the solution minimal: clean UI, reliable blocking, and clear install instructions for both Android and iOS (native or a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—whichever lets you stay within time and cost).
