Setting up push notifications for IOS and Xcode - WP API - OneSignal or Firebase

I have a WP website turning into an app with WebViewGold, and I need help setting up notifications to certain events on WP to pop up on the Xcode project (IOS) first and then Android. Even if you are expert in one platform please message. Possible small future tasks depending on the work experience and speed of getting jobs done.
