Secure Child Services Records App
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a complete mobile application for both iOS and Android that lets families safely collect, store, and organise every document connected to their dealings with child services. I will supply reference images of the desired interface, but the core experience must remain clean, intuitive, and stress-free for non-technical users.
Core functionality
• Private user accounts protected by Face ID as the primary log-in method (with a conventional password fallback for older devices).
• In-app camera that lets the user snap photos of letters, medical reports or screening results and instantly files them in encrypted storage.
• Direct document upload for PDFs or existing images.
• Quick note-taking area tied to each file so outcomes and observations are never lost.
• Search, date filters, and simple colour-coded categories to keep large collections manageable.
• Full end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit, meeting the same security standards expected for medical information.
Scope of work
I expect a fully functioning production build on both platforms, an admin or lightweight backend for account management and analytics, and concise technical documentation that makes future maintenance easy. Source code must be handed over on completion.

2. Source code with clear commit history.
3. Backend or cloud configuration files (if used).

Acceptance criteria
• Face ID authentication works on supported devices without crash or lag.
• Any photo or PDF uploaded is visible in the correct category within five seconds on a normal 4G connection.
• Data remains encrypted when the device is offline and after re-launch.
• No personally identifying information is ever transmitted unencrypted.
