I want to boost revenue by giving customers a smooth, engaging way to buy directly from their phones. The core of the job is a sales-focused mobile app that makes browsing, checkout, and post-purchase follow-up effortless.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Intuitive product catalogue and search so users reach what they want in seconds
• Fast, friction-free checkout with secure payment gateway integration
• Basic analytics so I can track conversion rates, average order value, and user retention
• Push notifications for promotions, abandoned-cart nudges, and order updates
• Clean, modern UI that reflects our current brand style (brand assets will be supplied)
I’m open to native iOS/Android, cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native, or another approach you can justify. Whichever stack you choose, please include in your proposal:

3. A high-level timeline broken into logical milestones (design, MVP build, QA, launch)
