Roundnet Match Finder App

I'm looking to develop a map-based meet-up app for Roundnet players on iOS and Android platforms. The app will allow players to create, find, and join matches of at least 4 players in their area on a map.
Key Features:
- Map-based match finding
- Player reviews and ratings (e.g. Elo score)
- In-app messaging between players
User Roles:
- Player: can join matches, leave reviews, and message others.
- Organizer: can create matches and tournaments and manage player participation.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Mobile app development for iOS and Android

- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Backend development for in-app messaging and player reviews
