Restaurant Manager Mobile App

I need a cross-platform mobile app that lets my restaurant managers run daily numbers from any phone or tablet—so it must launch on both iOS and Android. Access starts with a simple email-and-password login; nothing fancy beyond secure sign-up, password reset, and session management.

Core workflow
• Cost of Goods: managers select a category, enter the day’s spend, and save.
• Sales: quick entry of gross sales with notes if needed.
• Server Cash-Out: each server submits a short form at shift-end. As soon as they hit “Send,” the completed form should trigger an auto-generated email summary to them (and a copy to me).
• P&L Dashboard: real-time roll-up of all the above, with date-range filtering, export to PDF or Excel, plus clear graphs that make profit drivers obvious at a glance.

All data must stay synced in the cloud, so staff at different locations see the same numbers. The finished build should include source code, a lightweight admin panel for category maintenance, and store-ready builds for both platforms.
