Request & Quotation Mobile Application (iOS & Android)

I want to build a simple mobile application where customers can post a request for a product or service, and selected sellers can submit their quotations. The customer will then be able to compare the offers and choose the most suitable one.

The app should be easy to use, lightweight, and support two types of users: Customers and Sellers.

Key Features

Customer Side
1. Create Request
• Enter product/service name (e.g., “Hyundai Elantra 2023 Engine”).
• Add details (model, specifications, additional notes).
• Upload an image (optional).
• Select category (Car parts, Electronics, Services, etc.).
• Submit the request.
2. View My Requests
• List of active and past requests.
• Status for each request (waiting for offers – offers received – completed).
3. View Offers
• Display offers from multiple sellers in one place.
• Show price, delivery/installation time, warranty (if provided).
• Option to chat with seller.
• Option to accept the best offer.
4. Rating & Review
• After completion, the customer can rate and review the seller.

Seller Side
1. View New Requests
• Receive only relevant requests based on their category (e.g., Hyundai spare parts sellers get Hyundai requests only).
2. Submit Offer
• Enter price.
• Enter delivery time and conditions (e.g., warranty).
• Send the offer.
3. My Offers
• View offers they submitted and their status (pending – accepted – rejected).

• Chat system between customer and seller.
• Push notifications for new requests/offers.
• Basic admin panel to manage users, categories, and monitor activities.
• (Optional later) Payment gateway integration so customers can pay directly through the app (with commission for the app owner).
