Prepper Inventory & Shopping App

I’m looking for a developer who can take my early Claude-AI wireframes and turn them in into a working cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android). and can be sold in the google/google play downloads with a purchase price of $5 as well if i want to host a page with paypal

What I already have
• A concise concept, screen flow, and basic UI mock-ups created with Claude AI.

What I need you to build
• A simple, reliable item-stock database where users can add, edit, and delete supplies.
• Store quatities, catagories, items..
• Smooth, intuitive navigation that feels native on both Android (Material) and iOS (Human Interface).
• Local data storage that works offline
