Porter-Style Transport Booking Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m creating an end-to-end digital presence for a friend’s transport business and need a partner who can deliver both a customer-facing website and twin native apps. The core flow is simple: a user enters pick-up and drop-off points, instantly sees the price for either local deliveries or intercity transport, and confirms the booking in a few taps or clicks. Once that foundation is solid, I’ll share additional requirements and copy, but right now I want to lock in the team that can build a clean, scalable version-one.
Scope at a glance
• Two native mobile apps — one for iOS, one for Android — backed by a shared codebase or separate projects if that suits your workflow better.
• A responsive website that mirrors the app experience so customers can book from any device.
• Admin interface for my friend’s staff to manage vehicle capacity, pricing slabs, and booking status.
What matters to me
Speed, a modern UI/UX comparable to Porter, accurate fare calculation, and a smooth checkout/confirmation path are non-negotiable. I value clear, well-commented code and a roadmap that shows how you plan to move from wireframes to launch on the App Store, Google Play, and the web.
Deliverables
– Interactive prototypes for sign-off
– Production-ready iOS and Android apps
– Responsive web booking portal
– Admin dashboard and basic documentation
If you have proven experience shipping transport-oriented apps, especially with real-time pricing logic, tell me how you’d tackle this and the stack you recommend.
