I’m ready to move from concept to fully-functional iOS and Android releases for a platonic social-discovery app that pairs two verified professionals for breakfast or dinner in Bengaluru each day.
Core flow
• Users choose a Breakfast or Dinner track and enter the daily pool.
• A scheduler matches them 1-to-1 according to hobbies and interests, professional background, and personality traits, while keeping proximity in mind.
• Each person has 12 hours to Accept or Pass; decisions remain hidden until both respond.
• On a mutual Accept, a short-lived, text-only chat opens so they can settle on a partner café, date, and time. The chat auto-closes once plans are confirmed and the cycle resets for the following day.
Key requirements
• Native or high-quality cross-platform build for both iOS and Android.
• Profile module with photo upload and rich bio fields; no social-media links in-app for now.
• Email-based identity verification, plus standard forgot-password / reset flows.
• Matching engine that can be fine-tuned with weightings for our three criteria and can scale as the city footprint grows.
• Admin console to review flagged users, cafés, and match statistics.
• Secure, well-documented REST or GraphQL API suitable for future web extensions.
• Clean UI/UX that feels professional yet friendly, aligning with a “coffee-chat” vibe.
Deliverables
1. Design hand-off (figures, style guide, clickable prototype).
2. Fully tested mobile apps ready for App Store and Play Store submission.
3. Cloud-hosted backend, database schema, and deployment scripts.
4. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README and setup notes.
5. One-month post-launch bug-fix support.
Acceptance criteria will be met when the daily pool runs end-to-end in a staging environment and we can witness two test users matching, accepting, arranging a meeting, and having their chat auto-close.
