Partner for iOS Game Development

I'm seeking a joint partner to help develop and launch two games on the iOS platform. I have originated an educational game and a fun game designed for the whole family, and I am looking for someone who can bring these concepts to life and manage their setup on the Apple Developer Console. Both games are intended for all ages, and I currently have proof of concepts (POCs) for each.
