Parking & Workshop App Development

I need a mobile app for both iOS and Android that allows customers to:

- Make reservations for parking (departure and arrival)
- Make workshop appointments
- View and sign quotes and invoices

The app should require user authentication via email/password.

Additionally, it should ideally be connected to our workshop's web-based software.
