Outstation Cab Booking App

I’m ready to build a full-featured outstation cab booking application and need a developer who can deliver native-quality performance on both iOS and Android. The core of the project is straightforward: passengers should be able to search and book rides across multiple cities, follow their driver on a live map, and pay seamlessly inside the app.

Key functionality I must see working flawlessly:
• Real-time tracking so riders and drivers always know each other’s location
• Secure in-app payments (cards, UPI, wallets—whatever gateway you recommend)
• A multi-city booking flow that lets users choose origin, destination, and trip type without friction

Please attach a detailed project proposal outlining your recommended tech stack, milestone plan, estimated timeline, and any similar products you’ve shipped. If you have thoughts on using a shared codebase (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.) versus two separate native builds, include that rationale as well.
