Need Capacitor/iOS Developer to Package Base44 Web App for Apple App Store

I have a web app built in Base44 and need help packaging it into an iOS app for App Store submission. I do not need the app rebuilt in Flutter or redesigned. I need someone who can guide me through exporting the Base44 files, wrapping the web app with Capacitor or Despia, configuring Apple Developer settings, Bundle ID, certificates, app icons, splash screen, and uploading the build to App Store Connect. * i have an apple developer account

Must have experience with:

Capacitor / Ionic / web-to-iOS app packaging
Apple Developer account setup
App Store Connect
TestFlight
iOS signing certificates and provisioning profiles
Fixing Apple review issues, especially Guideline 4.2 minimum functionality
