Need Apple Developer Account on Rent Basis for iOS App Publish

My iOS build (.ipa and provisioning already signed) is ready; what I lack is an active Apple Developer account to host it for about a year. You’ll log in to your account, upload the build, set up the listing, and push it through review so the app goes live, mirroring the Android version already on Google Play:

Metadata & assets: I’m not completely sure my screenshots and wording are App Store-ready, so please guide me on any tweaks that will speed up approval.
Guideline compliance: the app’s functionality already meets Apple’s policies as far as I can tell, but a quick cross-check before submission is welcome.
Certificates & provisioning: these are prepared on my side, so no extra work there.

Deliverables
• Live iOS listing in your developer account
• Complete App Store Connect configuration (pricing, categories, privacy, etc.)
• Confirmation of successful review and public availability
• Ongoing access for updates during the rental period
• Clean transfer of the app to my own account if I choose to move it later

Everything else—source code, branding, user data—stays under my ownership. The process must be handled securely and transparently, with clear communication at each step until the app is visible on the App Store.
