NFC Website/Mobile application

I’m looking for someone to develop a website and or app that will copy an NFC Tags info that’s been written on it and store it onto a website under its own file. Kind of like this.. My company has this tag for location 1 , another for location 2… etc. and the search bar would bring you up to that file when you search “location 1” etc. Essentially I’m trying to make a profile for each tag that can have added data once on the web application or website.
