Music App for iOS & Android

I need a skilled developer or small team that can take my concept for a mobile music-focused application and turn it into polished, production-ready builds for both iOS and Android. Because I intend to launch on the App Store and Google Play simultaneously, I’m open to cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native, but I’m happy to hear recommendations if you feel a fully native route is the better long-term choice.

Core expectations
• End-to-end development: wireframes (I can supply basic sketches), UI implementation, feature coding, testing and store submission
• Clean, well-documented source code that I can continue to iterate on after launch
• Regular test builds so I can validate functionality on real devices throughout the process

Acceptance criteria
1. Compiles and runs smoothly on current iOS and Android versions
2. Passes App Store/Play Store review guidelines for a music category app
3. Delivered with full source code, build instructions and final binaries (IPA & APK/AAB)
