Multilingual App Update

I need an experienced developer to update our existing app to support Hindi on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Requirements:
- Update app to support Hindi language
- Implement new language support on both iOS and Android platforms
- Provide professional translation services for Hindi

- Proven experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of multilingual app integration

Understand the functionalities.
We want to upload the updated app with the new language as new app in the playstore.
Hence, the entire source code would be provided after signing the NDA
1. Updated hindi based dadio should be created
2. It should be uploadable as new app into the play store, while the base version still continue be in the play store.
3. Both app will be using the same back end
