Multi-Platform Speech-to-Text App

I need a speech-to-text application that operates on both iOS and Android platforms. The app should support English for speech recognition.
Ideally, when user hits specific physical device button combination, the app will take over the “text input” underlying OS routine and a pop-up will come up
From there, speaker is on, and user dictates what needs to be typed. It shows real time what user is “saying” through device built in microphone and shows text within the popup. User can then choose to edit the text using standing keyboard interface … OR… hit OK.
Front there, the “text” is passed back to original OS routine (which for interrupted) and ENTRR button with is automatically hit
