Mobile App Revamp & Optimization
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Our iOS and Android apps went through a recent update that left them unstable. Both versions now suffer from frequent crashes, noticeable slow-downs, and clear UI/UX flaws that fall short of the polished experience our brand demands.
I need the entire mobile stack examined, triaged, and rebuilt where necessary so the product is future-ready. Code should follow current best practices (Swift/Kotlin, modular architecture, strong typing, automated unit/UI tests, CI/CD), be cloud-connected via clean, well-documented APIs, and leave room for effortless scaling when user numbers grow.
To guide the engagement, here is what success looks like for me:
• Zero-crash release tracked in Firebase/Crashlytics within 30 days of launch.
• Average cold-start time ≤ 2 seconds on mid-range devices.
• Consistent, intuitive UI that aligns with our existing web brand language and passes a usability review.
• Play Store & App Store builds delivered through an automated pipeline, signed and ready for release.
I will supply the current source, style guides, and API documentation on project start. Please bring a clear remediation plan, sample of past refactors, and proposed timeline.
