Medical Event App Store Publishing

I am looking for someone who has both:

An active Google Play Console Developer Account
An active Apple Developer Account

I need to publish one mobile application on both stores. The app is already developed and complies with the respective store policies.

Requirements
Publish one Android app on Google Play Store.
Publish one iOS app on Apple App Store.
Keep the app live for at least one month.
Help with any minor store review responses if required.
No source code ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred.

What I Will Provide
AAB/APK and IPA files
App icons, screenshots, and feature graphics
Privacy Policy and required store assets
App description and metadata
Any additional information needed during the review process
