Luxury iPad Pilates App

I’m building THRIVE Digital Reformer, a permanently-mounted iPad app that turns a Pilates reformer into a fully self-guided, luxury training station. The look, feel, and flow must echo Apple’s native iPadOS experience—clean lines, fluid animations, and zero visual clutter—because it will live in five-star hotels, high-end residences, and boutique wellness clubs.

Core experience
• A workout-selection menu lets users browse curated Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced reformer programs.
• Once a session starts, visual and audio guidance walks the guest through every movement, rep, and spring change in real time.
• Behind the scenes, the system records basic performance data (completed sessions, duration, spring settings, and streaks) so that management can review usage trends from an admin dashboard—no guest accounts or log-ins required.

Admin scope
Only a Management/Admin role is needed. From a password-protected area, staff can:
• Add, edit, or retire workout videos and cue sheets.
• See aggregated usage analytics.
• Trigger remote updates or content refreshes.

Tech expectations
Native Swift / SwiftUI is strongly preferred for silky gesture handling and offline reliability. The app will run in Guided Access (single-app) mode, so please account for background downloads, local video storage, and graceful recovery after a hard shutdown. If you lean on AVFoundation, Core Data (or Realm), and clean MVVM architecture, that aligns perfectly with our stack.

Deliverables
1. Universal iPadOS IPA ready for TestFlight.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README.
3. Lightweight admin dashboard (can be in-app or web-based—your recommendation).
4. One-page style guide covering typography, color, iconography.
5. Post-launch support window for critical fixes.

Acceptance criteria will center on smooth media playback, instant touch response, pixel-perfect UI fidelity across current iPad line-up, and a management area that exports CSV usage reports.
