Live Streaming (iOS, Android Camera to RTMP) Required

I am looking for a live streaming application, in which user can live stream their current camera feed to youtube, facebook, or any other RTMP endpoint

The feed should include one view from a web endpoint url as a layer on it

I want to start asap, let’s discuss
