I Like someone to help me upload my game in APPSTORE -IOS

I HAVE A Poker Game Ready To Upload In Appstore
I Try Ones But I Was Rejected Because they said that even the game it’s with no real money its Offers in-app purchases and I need to open a company to be able to approve my game
Me I just like to upload and see if I get any people before I open a company
The game will not Offer in-app purchases
Can someone please help to upload ?
