Landscape Business iOS App

I’m ready to streamline my landscaping operation with a dedicated iOS app that wraps all of my day-to-day admin into one place. The first milestone has to revolve around generating professional quotes and invoices: the app must let me build an itemised list of services, pull in the customer’s contact details, display clear payment terms, and instantly send the finished document as both a PDF attachment and an email body. From there, I want the same platform to handle scheduling by syncing with my existing Google Calendar, maintain a searchable customer database, track expenses and mileage (with live sync to the mileage app I already use), and push out SMS notifications to clients.

Key deliverables
• Quote & invoice module (PDF + email, itemised services, customer info, payment terms) ready for App Store TestFlight.
• Clean, tappable scheduling view that reflects my Google Calendar in real time.
• Simple CRM tables for customer records, expenses, and mileage, all exportable.
• Twilio or comparable SMS integration for appointment reminders.

Acceptance criteria will be a TestFlight build that lets me: create a quote, email it, see it stored as a PDF, and watch the job appear on my Google Calendar after I convert the quote to a booking. If you can move quickly on that foundation, we’ll expand into the rest of the feature set together.
