I need a mobile application that turns everyday walking or running into a real-world incentive. The concept is strictly step-based: the phone’s pedometer records each stride, converts it into reward points, and lets users cash those points out for digital gift cards.
Core workflow
• Walking or running only—no cycling or general fitness modes in this release.
• Reliable step tracking that resists spoofing and feeds a secure points ledger on the backend.
• Points redemption through an in-app catalogue of gift cards (e.g., Amazon, Apple, major retailers) with automated code delivery.
Admin requirements
An internal dashboard should allow me to set step-to-point ratios, upload new gift-card SKUs, and view usage analytics.
Deliverables
1. Native or cross-platform iOS & Android apps with clean UI/UX (brand assets provided).
2. Scalable backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) and documented API.
3. Admin dashboard.
4. Test plan + deployment guide.
