Intune MAM Tunnel Feature Demo

I want an end-to-end demonstration POC app of Microsoft Intune’s MAM tunnel running on iOS. The goal is to prove that a line-of-business app can send traffic only through the managed tunnel and successfully trigger a specific protected call (think: secure REST request to an internal endpoint) while everything outside the tunnel is blocked.

You will:

• Configure an Intune MAM tunnel in my tenant, including the necessary VPN gateway settings and app protection policies.

• Build or adapt a small Swift-based sample app that integrates the latest Intune MAM SDK. The app should focus on one clear showcase feature: performing that protected network request and displaying the result so we can visually confirm tunnel enforcement.

• Supply clear, step-by-step deployment instructions so I can recreate the setup in a fresh tenant and sideload the app through TestFlight or Company Portal.

Acceptance criteria

1. When the device is on cellular or Wi-Fi outside the corporate network, the sample app still reaches the internal test URL via the tunnel; Safari or any unmanaged app must fail to reach it.
2. Company data leakage prevention (e.g., copy/paste restrictions) follows the Intune app protection policy you configure.
3. All source code, Intune profiles, and screenshots of the working flow are delivered in a single Git repo or zip.
