Intercity Cab Booking System Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to build a full-stack intercity cab solution and need a team that can deliver four tightly-integrated components:
1. Driver App (Android)
• Drivers receive trip notifications with all ride details the moment a dispatch manager assigns a job.
• Built-in navigation must optimise routes dynamically, taking toll plazas and state borders into account so the fare calculator can add toll tax, state tax and (where relevant) airport parking in real time.
• A clean earnings dashboard should let drivers track daily, weekly and monthly payouts and drill into Razorpay / Paytm settlement history.
2. Rider App (Android & iOS)
• Passengers can book or schedule rides ahead of time, pick vehicle category and view an upfront cost that already includes tolls, taxes and parking.
• Once the ride is active, they track their cab live on the map.
• After drop-off they rate the trip and review the driver.
3. Manual Dispatch Console
• Our operators manually assign trips, edit pickup or drop locations, override pricing when needed and push instant updates to driver and rider apps.
• The UI should surface live vehicle locations so dispatchers know which car to select.
4. Admin Panel
• Central hub to add, suspend or verify drivers and users.
• Real-time analytics: completed trips, revenue split, cancelled rides, average rating, heat maps.
• Full payment ledger with filters for Razorpay, Paytm and cash, plus export to CSV.
Additional integrations
• SMS: we’ll provide API docs for our own gateway; system must trigger OTPs, status alerts and payment links.
• Payment flows must follow Indian compliance rules (UPI intent flow, card tokenisation where required).
• API layer needs to be modular so we can plug new gateways later without rewriting apps.
Deliverables
• Source code for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) apps, web admin and dispatch portals (React / Angular or similar).
• REST / GraphQL backend with detailed API documentation.
• Postman collection, environment files and a short video walk-through of key flows.
• Deployment scripts for AWS or any mainstream cloud plus read-me on scaling and backups.
Acceptance Criteria
✓ End-to-end booking to payment flow tested on sandbox Razorpay & Paytm.
✓ Driver and rider see identical live location accuracy within 5 seconds.
✓ Fare breakdown correctly itemises toll, state tax and airport parking.
✓ Admin exports a payment report and it reconciles with gateway dashboard.
