Inspector Attendance Tracking App

I need a mobile solution that lets our third-party inspectors prove when—and where—they arrive on-site. The app must run on both iOS and Android and give each inspector a straightforward interface to:

• Check in and check out, saving a precise time-stamp
• Capture GPS coordinates automatically while checking in/out
• Attach site photos to each visit

On my side, I want a secure, web-based console where I can:

• View every inspection record in real time
• Generate downloadable reports (by date range, inspector, or site)
• Create, edit, suspend, or delete user accounts

Core expectations
• Clean, intuitive UI for inspectors with offline caching that syncs when connectivity returns
• Cloud-hosted backend (Firebase, AWS, or similar) with role-based access
• Simple assignment tracker so I can push new jobs to inspectors and see their status at a glance
• Source code, brief technical documentation, and a short hand-off session at the end
