Improve Existing TestFlight App to Feel More Native on iOS
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Please read entire **Project Description:** before bidding
I currently have an app uploaded and functioning in TestFlight, but it still feels too much like a wrapped website instead of a polished native iPhone app.
I’m looking for an experienced iOS / hybrid app developer who can help improve the overall native feel, responsiveness, smoothness, and user experience while keeping the existing backend and core platform intact.
This is NOT a full rebuild from scratch. The app is already operational — I need a developer who understands how to refine and polish hybrid/web-based apps into a more premium App Store-quality experience.
### Main Goals
* Make the app feel smooth and truly native on iPhone
* Improve responsiveness and UI behavior
* Eliminate the “web app” feel
* Improve overall App Store readiness
### Areas That Need Improvement
* Native-style navigation and transitions
* Better animations and responsiveness
* Improved loading/splash behavior
* Native keyboard handling
* Gesture support and scrolling improvements
* Push notification integration
* Deep linking support
* Camera/photo upload improvements
* Better caching and offline handling
* iOS safe-area optimization
* General UI/UX cleanup and polish
### Current Status
* App is already uploaded to TestFlight
* Apple Developer account is active
* Existing backend/platform already built
* Looking for polishing and native enhancement work only
### Preferred Experience
* iOS Development
* Capacitor / Ionic / React Native / Flutter
* Experience improving hybrid apps
* Strong UI/UX attention to detail
* Experience preparing apps for App Store launch
### Deliverables
* Improved native-feeling iOS app
* Updated project files
* Assistance preparing for App Store release
* Recommendations for long-term scalability and performance
### Please Include
* Examples of similar work
* Estimated timeline
* Estimated budget
* What approach you would recommend to improve the native experience
Looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of making an existing app feel premium and production-ready.
