IOS application using CORDOVA, SQLite, and Vimeo

If you can prove that you have developed an app for IOS using the above mentioned technology, I need couple of hours of your time. We have run into a snag where we are unable to get SQLite and Vimeo to work together in an IOS app. It works well in Android but not on ios
