IOS Application Developer to review logs

Job ID: 40175557

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced iOS / mobile security analyst to perform a limited-scope technical review of iPhone trace logs and related telemetry data over a short date range (7-20 to 7-23).

This engagement is not a full forensic investigation. The goal is to validate whether the provided data shows normal iOS behavior or contains technical anomalies that would justify deeper analysis.

Scope of Work (Phase 1)

The analyst will review supplied trace logs and CSV telemetry data and provide a written technical assessment covering:

Validation of message integrity (device ID, user ID consistency, bundle ID / app ID alignment, token format, TLS indicators, and hash consistency where available)

Identification of whether observed apps or services appear Apple-signed and consistent with normal iOS or carrier behavior

Interpretation of CSV telemetry related to charging events, physical/external connections, and accessory or family codes

Detection of timestamp irregularities, fallback behavior, or restore/backup artifacts that could explain metadata discrepancies

A concise conclusion stating either:

No technical anomalies identified, or

Specific technical flags that justify a deeper Phase 2 review

Out of Scope

Attribution of surveillance intent

Claims of nation-state or intelligence activity without cryptographic proof

Full device forensics, exploit development, or jailbreak analysis

Guarantees regarding third-party systems or platform behavior

Deliverables

Written summary report (clear, non-speculative, evidence-based)

One revision if clarification is needed

Client Will Provide

iOS trace logs and CSV telemetry files (via secure upload or Drive link)

iPhone model and iOS version for the period under review
