I’m ready to build a mobile app that lets homeowners quickly book reliable agents for appliance servicing and maintenance. I need it released on both iOS and Android, sharing a single code-base if that speeds things up.

Core flow
• Customers open the app, choose the appliance or task, and see nearby agents filtered by location as well as by the specific service they provide.
• A straightforward booking screen lets them pick a time slot, confirm pricing, and pay right inside the app; credit-card and wallet options are fine as long as payments clear instantly.
• Once the job is confirmed, both parties receive status updates so nobody is left guessing.

– Robust booking system that prevents double-booking and respects each agent’s calendar.
– Secure, in-app payment processing with a basic transaction history for users.
– Search and listing logic based on location (GPS or address) and service type tags.
