This is a technical HTML email build — not a graphic design project.

If you cannot build Outlook-safe HTML that renders consistently across devices and remains stable in long email reply chains, do not apply.

## Core Requirement

Build a clean, lightweight HTML email signature system that renders correctly across:

* Microsoft Outlook (Desktop + Web)
* Gmail
* Apple Mail
* iOS Mail
* Android mail applications

The signature must remain visually stable in long email reply chains without spacing, alignment, or layout distortion.

* Premium, minimalist “private banking” aesthetic
* Tight spacing and refined typography
* Clean, uncluttered layout
* No banners, promotional styling, or unnecessary visual elements

* Company logo (provided)
* Staff name (editable)
* Title field (editable — see requirements below)
* Mobile number (click-to-call)
* 1800 number (click-to-call)
* Website link
* Physical office address

## Title System

Two signature versions are required:

### Staff Version

* Includes editable title field

### Owner Version

* Title field must be removable entirely
* Layout must remain perfectly aligned with no spacing issues when removed

## 1800 Number (CRITICAL)

The following must be implemented exactly:

The keypad mapping must correctly correspond to the displayed word.

This must function correctly on mobile devices.

## Icon Usage (MANDATORY)

Branded icons will be provided.

Requirements:

* Icons must be placed beside the correct contact elements
* Original styling, colour, and proportions must be preserved
* Icons must not be redesigned, substituted, or altered
* Must render sharply on Retina/high-DPI displays
* Must display correctly in both light and dark email modes

## Email Address Rule

Do NOT include the email address within the signature.

## Engineering Constraints

The build must:

* Use Outlook-safe HTML only
* Avoid flexbox, CSS grid, and unsupported modern CSS
* Avoid Word-generated or Canva-exported HTML
* Remain stable in Outlook reply/forward chains
* Remain stable in long email threads
* Be fully responsive on mobile devices
* Use clean, production-quality code

## Image Handling

Images must use reliable embedding or hosting methods.

No broken image dependencies across email clients.

## Editable Structure

The final structure must allow simple editing of:

* Name
* Title
* Phone numbers
* Office address

Edits must not break layout or spacing.

Delivery will only be accepted if:

* Signature renders correctly in Outlook reply chains
* All click-to-call links function correctly on mobile
* Layout remains stable across:

* Editable master template for staff rollout
