Full-Feature Uber Clone App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a production-ready Uber-style solution that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The build must include separate driver and passenger apps that share a common back-end and database. At a minimum, the first release has to cover the essentials:
• Secure user registration and login (social, email or phone)
• Real-time GPS tracking so passengers can watch drivers approach and drivers can see ride requests instantly
• Reliable payment integration for in-app fare calculation and cash-free checkout (card and wallet support)
• An SOS / emergency button available in both apps that triggers an alert workflow to preset contacts or an admin dashboard
Code quality, clean architecture and scalable cloud deployment matter more to me than quick hacks, so please highlight projects where you built or significantly contributed to live location and payment workflows. If you can show a running demo or store links of similar ride-hailing apps, even better.
I am flexible on tooling—native (Swift/Kotlin) or a polished cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—as long as real-time location accuracy and UI responsiveness match what today’s riders expect. Let me know which path you recommend and why based on your experience.
