Fixing the incorrect page in swiftUI when rotating between portrait and landscape mode and vice versa

when scrolling randomly to any view at the top or in the middle of the screen, both top and bottom views are correctly displayed. However, when rotate, top and bottom views are not the same. It jumps to unexpectedly view. Please see the video.
