Fix Ios issue!

My problem is in the map that does not appear in the passenger application in iPhone 12 and also in the delay in the request to the driver when requesting service from the customer and the application has become very heavy and has several other problems!
The language of the application is Swift!
Important note: the problems may be related to the back-end, so you may need an assistant for you in the back-end as well.
Required:
1- Solve problems in the three applications.
3- Make sure that all the functions of the application are working properly
4- Speed up the application
Previous programmer's note on the code:
The code of the project is very bad and difficult to modify, and it is almost impossible to modify it except by the programmer who created it.
The problem exists in a viewcontroller consisting of eleven thousand lines of code, and there is a viewcontroller consisting of five thousand lines of code and so on.
