Finish Sickle Cell Support App

I already have a Python-based mobile project that is roughly 50 % complete. The core logic is in place, including a map screen that pulls healthcare-center locations so users living with sickle cell can quickly see nearby treatment options. A “closed” chat module is wired up for simple text messaging between verified users, but it still needs polishing and full integration.

What still needs doing: preparing the codebase for flawless deployment on both iOS and Android, tightening up the UI, completing any missing back-end hooks, and then compiling or wrapping the Python code into production-ready binaries. I’m happy to keep the stack in Python (Kivy/BeeWare or an equivalent wrapper) as long as we get smooth native performance; if you have a cleaner route that reuses my existing modules, let’s discuss.

Deliverables
• Fully functional mobile builds (iOS & Android) signed and ready for App Store / Play Store submission
• Map view reliably displaying real-time nearby healthcare centers, with location permissions handled correctly
• Secure, closed chat with stable text messaging and user authentication
• Error-free build pipeline documented so future updates can be shipped easily
• Brief hand-off walkthrough and final source code repository

Acceptance criteria: both stores must accept the binaries without critical issues; map pins load within three seconds on 4G; text chat sends/receives under one second average latency in normal conditions.
