Project: Completing a Streaming App – The Nbn

Introduction:

I have a native streaming app developed using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS). The app is currently 80% complete.
I’m looking for a professional developer to finalize the project and prepare it for launch.

• UI design and main navigation
• Partial backend setup
• Video player and content browsing
• Admin dashboard is already built and functional

What still needs to be done:
• Create and integrate backend APIs with the mobile apps
• Enforce user registration before browsing the app
• Restrict video playback to subscribed users only
• Integrate payment gateways (PayPal + Apple Pay)
• Connect an email service provider (for password reset, verification, etc.)
• Set up video hosting (e.g. AWS S3 and CloudFront)
• Purchase and connect a domain for the app
• Final UI/UX adjustments and design edits
• Prepare both apps for publishing on the App Store and Google Play

Additional Features Needed in the Admin Panel:
• Manually assign free subscriptions to specific users
• View full user details (profile, subscription status, activity)
• Manage content (upload/edit/delete movies and series)
• View analytics: total users, active subscriptions, total revenue
• Export reports (Excel or PDF) if needed
