Finalize MVP and Launch Apps

My cross-platform MVP is feature-complete but not yet store-ready. I need a sharp set of eyes to test the iOS and Android builds in parallel, hunt down the performance issues that slow in-app navigation and data processing, then patch the code so both versions run smoothly in production.
You’ll start by creating a concise test plan, run systematic profiling in Xcode and Android Studio (or equivalent), and log every bottleneck you uncover. Once the root causes are identified, please refactor or fine-tune the code, verify gains with fresh benchmarks, and package clean release builds for the App Store and Google Play.
Deliverables
• Test report with reproducible steps and before/after metrics
• Optimized source code and merged pull requests
• Store-ready iOS and Android builds plus brief release notes
When the final builds pass review on both stores and match the agreed performance targets, the job is done.
