Enhance iOS WebApp via Capacitor

I have a Base44 web app currently uploaded to TestFlight using Despia as a web wrapper. I want an iOS developer experienced with Capacitor to convert or repackage the app into a more native-feeling iOS app. The goal is not a full rebuild yet, but to improve the iOS experience with native navigation, splash screen, loading states, push notifications, haptics, camera/image upload, safe-area spacing, keyboard behavior, and App Store-ready polish. Please review the current TestFlight app and advise what can be improved using Capacitor versus what would require a full native/Flutter rebuild.
