Important Requirements:

- The application must be built completely from scratch (no reused or resold scripts)
- Full source code ownership must be provided to me
- Backend, Admin Panel, APIs, Database – everything must be under my control
- Code should be properly structured and scalable
- Proper documentation is required
- Security and data privacy must be ensured

Payment Terms:

- Milestone-based payments only
- No full payment in advance
- Final payment only after complete delivery + source code handover

Developer Preference:

- Delhi-based developer/team preferred (most important)
- Open to in-person meetings if required
