Developing team for iOS/Android/React app
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
Hello,
We are currently doing a larger update of our application for iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin) and web (React). The update will entail several new features and a completely new design.
The team that is awarded the project will have the current code to use as a basis and adapt to create the new app update. Along with the current code you will also be provided with a detailed features description, API description and Figma project file. We expect you to be used to Figma and be thorough when it comes to reading project instructions.
For us, communication is key, we therefore see that the development team follow these following requirements:
* GitHub - In order for us review the code we require the developers to push their code daily to a GitHub repository which both parties will have access to. This way multiple versions of the code can get added (or reverted back to) and stakeholders can get an overview of the progress. Every developer working on this project needs to individually push daily to the GitHub repo.
* Project start-up meeting/s – To ensure an effective project start both parties should be available for a thoroughly start-up meeting/s to secure that all input documentation and other preconditions are available and correctly understood”.
* Weekly meetings - To keep the project and development progressing smoothly and to avoid any misunderstandings, both parties should be available for weekly meetings. During the meetings, project status and questions can be reviewed and discussed.
* Open communication - In order to maintain continuous communication throughout the whole project, both parties should be available to answer questions through chat service. This way both parties can ask questions outside of the weekly meetings.
* Previous experience in adapting a design from Figma to real life application. This requires skills such as how to export assets from Figma and an understanding in how frames and prototyping works.
* Large enough team to support 3 Kotlin developers, 3 Swift developers, 3 react developers and a project manager which will stand for quality assurance and the point of contact.
* We require the developers to work full time and solely on this one project. Working with other projects parallel to ours will not be allowed.
In order to be awarded the project you will need to answer these following questions in your bid. If they are not answered, your bid will be automatically removed.
* How many iOS (swift) developers do you have available at the moment and are they available within the next coming weeks for this project?
* How many Android (Java/Kotlin) developers do you have available at the moment and are they available within the next coming weeks for this project?
* What is your price per hour per developer for each program language?
* Do you agree to the above requirements?
* Tell us about previous projects that you have done that are similar in scale to the one presented above.
