Develop iOS AR prototype app

I would like to create an Augmented reality app for iOS. It needs to allow a user to create a scene on a wall and recognize text on the wall. The user will enter the specific text being searched for and the app will put a marker in the scene for every instance of the app. This must make use of UIKit and reality kit (latest UI and AR frameworks. Also the latest version of IOS for iPhone)
