DRIVERS ROUTING

Dear freelancers,
I am looking for a web based friendly APP for iOS & Android APP with a friendly back end interface that will allow me to post from backend locations the addresses for services and can be integrated with Google My Maps.
The application MUST to be able to do routing (itself) based on address/location and where my technicians are.
Need an app that will allow my technicians to accept or decline and select reason
Need to be friendly user on the APP side
EX: I will enter the address from BACK END and the closest technician will receive notification and pick and complete the call. Once the call is completed, technician must add details for the call.
Example.
Replaced Wires
Changes the color
Moved machine and so on…
(Just a text box, nothing fancy and no database needed)
The most important part of the app is to be able to send routes to the closest location of the technician. Routing precision.
