Custom Preorder Food Delivery App

I want to customize the StackFood system (already purchased from CodeCanyon) into a preorder-based food delivery app for my brand, FLAVIQ. Customization includes branding (logo, name, theme color), implementing a preorder feature (with delivery dates set by HQ), updating the customer/vendor/rider/admin views, building APKs for all apps, and configuring the admin panel so orders run on preorder flow. Also, I want delivery cost and retort packaging fee shown separately during checkout.
