Cross-Platform Workforce Management App Development

I need a production-ready mobile app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android and streamlines day-to-day workforce operations.
Core workflow
• Employees “sign off” each shift by snapping a photo; the app records GPS coordinates and time, then stores everything in the shift record.
• Geo-fencing keeps the timer active only when users are on-site.
• Shifts are assigned automatically via email, and staff can accept or decline in-app.
• I can add or suspend employees at any time, track individual compliance items (licences, inductions, etc.) and calculate weekly pay rates per employee.
• Clients should be able to log in and see live updates, documents and reports for their particular project only.
Interface & engagement
• Every user gets a profile area for personal details and documentation.
• A dashboard with clear analytics (hours worked, compliance status, project progress) is essential.
• Push notifications cover shift alerts, expiring compliance items and real-time project updates.
Back-end & reports
Weekly summaries (hours, gross pay, compliance exceptions) need to export to PDF/CSV. I also want a secure admin panel—web-based is fine—to manage staff, projects and settings.
Extra add-ons
I’m open to suggestions that complement the above, provided they fit into the same ecosystem.
